This can’t be the Beacon! Oh yes it is – work has been going on to give the coffee shop a new look. The corner with the bookstand has been transformed with comfy seating, lights and plants into a cosy inviting area to sit and enjoy a chat, a book or a hot drink. Beacon reopened on Monday 10th July with longer opening hours. You can enjoy a light meal and hot or cold drinks from 9.30am until 1pm. Drinks and cakes are served from 1-3pm. Do come along and see us. You will get a warm welcome.
