Community

We enjoy using our talents to help our community and hope that you will enjoy our efforts.

Hospitality is high on our agenda and we think we are good at it. Our Beacon Coffee Shop is renowned for good food at fair prices and we are committed to using Fair Trade products in the process.

Our Food Co-op buys local produce where possible for resale at competitive prices as part of our commitment to being an eco-congregation.

Churches Together in Chepstow have been running a Thursday Luncheon Club in our church for almost 30 years aimed at people living alone.  They are also behind other new initiatives in Chepstow - Foodbank , Street Pastors, the CAP Money Course and the new CAP Debt Centre.  A new project called The Besom is also being investigated.

We offer our rooms to many groups in the community for meetings and activities as diverse as calligraphy for U3A members to after school tutoring in Maths and English and everything in between.

Singing for the Brain is a new and exciting group - check out the webpage for full details of how this is helping people with Alzheimers.
